At Panache Haven Inc., we provide continuous 24/7 residential care designed to offer youth a consistent, safe, and nurturing environment. Many of the young people we support come from backgrounds of instability, trauma, or displacement. For them, home isn’t always a safe place—so we’ve created one that is.

Our residential homes are thoughtfully structured to feel welcoming and therapeutic, not institutional. We focus on creating a home-like atmosphere where youth feel respected, supported, and secure. The homes are staffed by qualified, trauma-informed professionals who are present day and night, providing supervision, guidance, emotional support, and mentorship.

The 24/7 structure ensures:

• Safety and crisis prevention, with staff able to intervene in moments of distress

• Emotional consistency, which builds trust and helps youth form healthy attachments

• Daily routines and responsibilities, including meals, chores, recreation, and downtime

• Life coaching and mentoring, available any time a youth needs support
